Hervin has an extensive background in organizational and leadership development. He has been able to lead sustainable performance improvements. And through the strengthening of organizational culture, leadership accountability, and whole systems thinking he has created operational effectiveness. In addition, he has helped create and improve systematic employee and administrative workflow procedures and two-way communication resulting in increased staff workflow, staff retention, and workplace engagement and productivity.

I accomplish this through the selective use of tools and experiences which come from a wide ranging background including: a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, over 25 years of customer service and sales, 9 years serving in the US Navy Submarine Force, 5 years teaching at the collegiate level, and 4 years in the Federal Government utilizing Lean Six Sigma, facilitating leadership and development courses, and working in the field of Education.

Roxanne Ramirez, LCSW-S is the Executive Director at Hope Family Health Center. She has been serving the indigent population since 2013. She Furthermore, she is Adjunct Faculty at the UTRGV School of Social Work and the Founder and CEO of The Healing Centre, LLC. Roxanne is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach, alumni of Leadership McAllen, member of Non Profit Leaders for Excellence and Methodist Healthcare Ministries Peer to Peer Leadership Cohort, member of Junior League McAllen, Chair of the The Hidalgo County Mental Health Coalition, among other valuable organizations. Roxanne serves in the following Boards: Texas Association for Free and Charitable Clinics: National Hispanic Professional Organization , and the GME Consortium. Roxanne is passionate about equipping others and seeing them Rise from Tragedy to Triumph. Her commitment for providing psychoeducation and improving mental health literacy has been the propelling force for her to use her voice in Local, State and National Forums as the Spokesperson for HOPE and Mental Health Matters. She is determined to reduce stigma regarding trauma and offer Hope for Healing by sharing weekly topics with the community via Therapy Talk with Roxanne.

Savannah Lerma

Savannah Lerma is the Employee Engagement Specialist for DHR Health Clinics, where she is dedicated to enhancing the workplace environment and fostering a positive culture. Previously, she served as the Executive Director at the Alamo Chamber of Commerce, where she significantly enhanced local business engagement and community involvement. She began her journey at the Chamber as an Office Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Executive Director in 2022 due to her exceptional contributions. Under her leadership, the Chamber gained state recognition, with Senator Morgan La Mantia commending its commitment to Alamo, Texas. Besides her Chamber role, Savannah is an expert in digital marketing, managing social media advertisements and providing services like digital graphic design, scheduled content creation, and media event coverage in the Rio Grande Valley. Her professional growth and dedication have been instrumental in promoting local businesses and strengthening the community of the Rio Grande Valley.
